Let's count the red flags:
1.) High mileage
2.) Only recent service mentioned is an oil change
3.) ALL CAPS
4.) Dealership has an unnecessary 'Z' in its name.
All that said, I'd like to look up the VIN anyway!

I don't know of any tuners that have anything beyond a single tune stage for the RS6. The APR and GIAC tunes both pump power to around 515hp and torque to around 520.
The APR tune will cost you $2,899..

Wow even that single tune stage is pretty nice. $2900 to get both the HP and torque up above 500 would make this a pretty quick beast. I've never had a high torque car. This thing would be nutty.
